Dust fills the air as JAKE (13, adventurous) and MIA (12, clever) rummage through old trunks. MIA pulls out an old, worn-out MAP covered in strange symbols.
MIA (excited)
Look at this, Jake! It’s a treasure map!
GRANDPA (entering, smiling)
Ah, the Map of Eldoria… a lost island no one has found. Some say it holds a great treasure.
Jake and Mia exchange excited glances.
JAKE
Then we’re going to find it!
(EXT. DOCK – MORNING)
A small wooden BOAT sits in the water, packed with supplies. GRANDPA hands Jake a compass.
GRANDPA
Follow your instincts. Adventure is about more than treasure.
Jake and Mia hop in the boat, pushing off into the open sea.
MIA

JAKE (grinning)

(EXT. OCEAN – NIGHT)
Dark clouds roll in. Waves crash. The boat rocks violently.

The storm calms. Ahead, a shadowy landmass appears.
JAKE
Look! The island!
(EXT. ELDORIA – JUNGLE – DAY)
Lush trees, vines, and exotic plants surround them. The map shows a CAVE deep within the jungle.
MIA
The cave should be close…
Rustling sounds. Jake and Mia freeze.
JAKE (whispering)
We’re not alone.
(EXT. JUNGLE CLEARING – DAY)
Two rough-looking HUNTERS sneak through the trees, studying a FAKE MAP.
MIA (whispering, amused)
They have the wrong directions.
JAKE
Then let’s get ahead of them.
They quietly slip away toward the real path.
(INT. HIDDEN CAVE – DIM LIGHT)
Inside the cave, ancient symbols glow faintly on the walls. A STONE PATHWAY is filled with pressure plates.
MIA
These symbols match the map! We have to step carefully.
They follow the pattern, avoiding pitfalls. At the end, a GOLDEN CHEST sits on a pedestal.
JAKE
We did it!
(INT. TREASURE CHAMBER – MAGICAL GLOW)
Jake and Mia open the chest. Instead of gold, inside is an ANCIENT BOOK.
JAKE (confused)
A… book?
*The title glows: “The True Treasure is Knowledge.”
MIA (reading)
It’s filled with the lost knowledge of Eldoria!
The rival hunters arrive, expecting gold. They frown and walk away disappointed.
(EXT. OCEAN – SUNSET)
Jake and Mia sail back, the BOOK safe in their hands. GRANDPA waits at the dock, smiling.
GRANDPA
True treasure isn’t gold—it’s discovery.
JAKE

Mia grins as the boat drifts toward home, ready for their next adventure.
